Week 13 - The business plan canvas

For this week, we divided some tasks to do. Some people are more experienced with the making of CAD drawings and others are more experienced with the research and report making. Three of us continued with the digital model of our product. There still needed to be some technical changes in how we could connect the modules the best way without risking it could fall or easily detached. So, they were working on the improvement of the joints and the design of the animal shelter solutions. The other part of the group had started with the development of the business model.

Later that week we decided to divide the parts that had to be done within the business model and discuss it later together. During our group meeting we talked about what questions could be asked during the presentation that we hadn’t got an answer to yet. The answers to this were discussed with the group and remaining questions were divided to research at home for next week.

There was a last-minute development with one of our experts. We had contacted Trudo for some information about biodiversity and how they applied it in their concepts. But unfortunately, they didn’t had the time to receive us. Until we got a phone call in which they asked us if we wanted to present our concept at their office for feedback. They initially asked if we had time the next day. But after some deliberation we together decided to do the presentation next week. On Tuesday the 27th of June, we are going to present our concept to the director of project within Trudo.

Next week we are going to present our concept at Trudo for some feedback. We finish the business canvas and visual aspects of our product and start creating our final presentation.
